This is a Jewish Meditation practice group that started a year ago. We meet two Sundays a month from 4:30-6 in Denver. All are welcome. Drop in any time. Typical meetings include instruction, sitting, chanting, short teaching, and walking meditation. No cost, but donations are accepted.
mazel Tots was started for the purpose of finding our little Jewish tots some fun activities while moms can have something in common to share (besides our little tots of course)!
